Shawn and Jeremy were exceptional throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. They listened to what I wanted, answered all my questions, and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. I never felt pressured into anything , which I really appreciated. Everything went smoothly, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I highly recommend Bobby Rahal Honda. I only wish I hadn’t wasted my time at the other dealership I visited first. Next time, I’ll come straight here. Thank you, Shawn and Jeremy and all the staff for making this such a positive experience!

Had a very good car buying experience at Bobby Rahal in State College. Ken Burns was great to work with - no pressure sales, very friendly, and very supportive/interested to meet my car needs. I also had a lot of questions (hopefully not driving them too crazy) - which he and the finance team were able to answer quickly. Would certainly look at this dealership again for my next vehicle!

Have you ever had to drive home in an ice storm while only being able to use the defrost feature to see? We did! Why? We took our car here for service prior to an ice storm, the technician failed to 1. Hook the hose back up to the wiper fluid and 2. Forgot to replace the fasteners on each end of the plastic trim below the wipers. What does this mean? This means that there is no windshield washer fluid and also your wipers will flop around (could not use at all)while again during an ice storm on Interstate 80 to Snow Shoe. Also to be mentioned, this appt was to correct another previous issue ( oil leaking after an oil change). The customer service team is always friendly and helpful, the techs need more training. came back to edit this review, took the car on December 4 for an oil change, took it back because it was leaking oil, which was supposed to be fixed. UPDATE: the oil is still leaking. All photos attached below

I had a great experience working with Ken! He was very friendly, professional, and truly not your typical pushy car salesman. Ken took the time to listen, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I never felt pressured, just supported in finding the right car for me. I highly recommend Ken to anyone looking for an honest and enjoyable car-buying experience. The financial man, Colten, also made that aspect of finalizing the car super easy! Everyone at Honda are truly wonderful and nice people.

I bought my very first car here. Ken was a great salesman. I bought a 2021 Honda accord touring hybrid. They gave it to me for a reasonable price. Thanks Ken for spending the time you did with me
